Warranty, Return and Shipping
We design FYBORN to last, but if something goes wrong—we’ve got your back. That said, as a small company, processing returns can be costly and unsustainable. We encourage you to make your purchase thoughtfully and read this page carefully before placing an order.
Warranty
FYBORN comes with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
What’s covered:
- Defects in materials or workmanship
- Structural issues like weld or alignment failures
What’s not:
- Regular wear and tear that might have occurred during production.
- Damage from misuse, accidents, or modifications
To make a claim:
If you believe you have received a faulty part, please write us at support@fyborn.com. If we can't resolve the issue, we will arrange for a replacement part to be sent to you.
Email us with your order number, description, and photos. We’ll get back to you in 3–5 working days.
If your claim is approved, we’ll send a replacement part or unit—or find the best fix.
Please Note:
FYBORN is handcrafted in small batches, which means slight variations in color, finish, or minor design details may occur between units. These differences are natural and do not affect performance.
We’ve made subtle improvements since some images were taken—just a bit more edge, a bit more strength. Every FYBORN is one of a kind, built with intention and made to last.
Returns
Changed your mind? No problem.
- You can return any product within 30 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging.
- Email us at support@fyborn.com with your order number.
Important Conditions:
- Returns are subject to a restocking fee to cover handling, repackaging, and inspection.
- The original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- We do not cover shipping costs incurred to return goods for refund or exchange.
Product Not as Expected?
If you believe the FYBORN you received is not as shown or described on our website, you must email your concern to support@fyborn.com within 24 hours of receiving the order. We will review your claim and make a decision at our sole discretion.
If a return is approved under such circumstances:
- The shipping cost must be borne by the customer, and
- The refund will be issued after deducting applicable storage and shipping fees.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy guidelines.
